The following is a summary of how CCB-JHB will deal with your complaint:
• We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 business days.
• You will be updated on the progress of our investigation prior to receiving our final response.
• We will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 30 days however if we are unable to resolve a complaint within 30 days, we will advise you in writing why we are not in a position to make a final response and request for additional time.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with the outcome of our investigation you may refer your complaint to the Ombudsman for Banking Services. The Ombudsman Office is independent from China Construction Bank Corporation Johannesburg Branch and its services are available at no cost to you.
